Gregory Castellanos is a founder, educator, and producer who designs systems that help people learn, adapt, and perform. His work spans corporate AV and live event production, learning and instructional design, creative and technical leadership, and human centered AI, backed by a Master of Arts in Teaching and two U.S. design patents.

Production and Operations, freelance. CAVL, JNSQ, Got Light, and Vario, 2022 to present. Graphics, playback, V1 support, technical direction, and show calling. Supported productions for Google, Stripe, Atlassian, GitHub, Nasdaq, SF MoMA, and the World Economic Forum through these production companies.

Founder and Executive Producer, Recreation Sound experiential events, 2013 to present. Produced more than one hundred events, including Convergence 2026, a sold out 250 person, 15 artist production, as Executive Producer.

Lead STEAM Educator and Instructional Designer, TechShop, San Francisco, 2014 to 2019. Designed the STEAM program adopted across multiple locations nationwide and co designed TechShop Inside.
